We are going to take a look at the top players that you should consider to play in your fantasy league this week.

Buffalo is playing New England and their defense is usually pretty good.  The Buffalo Bills players, fantasy-wise, will not have high points slated as predictions this week.

To start; CJ Spiller is the first one to come to mind.  He is slated to run all over the Pats and bring in 15.00 points.  He would be one that I would start at RB or minimally be your second in two RB leagues.

EJ Manuel is the next that comes to mind.  There are QBs out there that are a better choice to play than Manuel.  EJ will put up some points but there is only a question as to how many.  How effective will he be?  With him coming off of surgery and being a rookie that only got two preseason games in under his belt, will Marrone and staff look to move to a run heavy offense?  If so, look for Manuel to still throw the ball but be more in the 14.00 point range.

Stevie Johnson is the next one I would look at.  He is predicted to put up mid-7 points for the game against the Pats.  Not great but not bad either.  I would say Johnson would be a good 3rd WR or a flex position depending on the rest of your team.

After Johnson, point wise,  I would look at the new kicker, Dustin Hopkins.  I predict that he will get a couple of chances this opening game and can see him bringing in right around the mid-7 to 8 point range, which is respectable for a kicker, especially a rookie.

Scott Chandler would be the last one that I would consider, not counting the defense.  He is predicted to bring in about mid-4 points for a TE.  Not the greatest, I would look to use him only if your starting TE is injured.  Although Chandler is a threat in the red zone, you have to think how often will the Bills be in the red zone against the Patriots this week.  Probably the only one I would say pass this week.

As for the Defense, going up against Top Brady and the Patriots is probably not going to be your finest moment if you start them.  I personally would love to see a 10+ point showing from the defense, I just don’t think it will be against the Pats.
