Week 7 of the NFL season wraps up tonight with a double-header featuring the Buccaneers vs. Lions, and the Texans taking on the Seahawks. The Buffalo Bills are coming off their bye week and are looking to bounce back in Week 8. Coming off of two consecutive losses, the Bills have to turn things around quickly, especially since the New England Patriots won in Week 7 and took an extra game lead in the AFC East.

There are no AFC East head-to-head battles in Week 8, but because of where the Bills are currently at in the standings, every game means more than it did prior to the start of the season.

Week 8 AFC East scheduled games

Miami Dolphins @ Atlanta Falcons

1PM EST - CBS

The Miami Dolphins are coming off an embarrassing 31-6 loss against the Cleveland Browns and have dropped to 1-6 on the season. This team looks out of control and things look like they are only going to get worse for the rest of the season. Now they are going on the road for a Week 8 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons, whose offense has come alive this season led by Bijan Robinson.

New York Jets @ Cincinnati Bengals

1PM EST - CBS

The Jets are in an even worse situation as they still remain as the only winless team in the NFL after a 13-7 loss to the Panthers. Justin Fields was benched and the offense looked absolutely silly in Carolina. They will now hit the road to take on the Cincinnati Bengals, led by former Jets quarterback Joe Flacco, who just beat out Aaron Rodgers in a high-scoring game on Thursday Night Football.

Cleveland Browns @ New England Patriots

1PM EST - FOX

The Patriots have now won three in a row after their win against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. New England is way ahead of schedule with Mike Vrabel and Drake Maye, as they look like not just the favorites in the AFC East, but we could possibly see this team make a playoff run. Now they get the chance to extend their winning streak next week at home against the Cleveland Browns, who could put up a fight but in the end, the Patriots would be expected to win.

Buffalo Bills @ Carolina Panthers

1PM EST - FOX

Buffalo is back on the road this week as they will head down to Carolina to take on Sean McDermott’s former team, the Panthers. Carolina is coming off a defensive win against the Jets and are at 4-3. They have been up-and-down in production, but they are trending in the right direction. The good news is that the Bills perform well coming off a bye, but make no mistake about it, the Panthers won’t be an easy opponent.
