The Buffalo Bills have one more West Coast game to play before heading into their bye week. This Sunday, they will be out in Las Vegas to battle the 3-2 Raiders that have dropped their last two games. The Bills got back in the win column on Monday night against the Los Angeles Rams, and are looking to head into their bye week at 5-1.

The Raiders got off to a hot start, but have now come back down to Earth. With Buffalo's pass-defense being one of the worst in the league, this is an opportunity for the Raiders' passing attack led by Kirk Cousins to get back on track.

As for the Raiders' rushing attack, Buffalo's defense has actually been pretty solid against the run this season. They are only allowing 108.2 yards per game which is a significant improvement from last season. The Raiders' rushing game isn't exactly doing great wonders for them this season, with just averaging 82 yards on the ground per game. They are 1 of the 12 teams who are averaging under 100 yards per game.

Raiders' rushing attack may take big hit for Week 6

ESPN's Dan Graziano and Jeremy Fowler wrote on various topics with Week 6 approaching, and Graziano gave some intel about a situation going on with running back Ashton Jeanty. According to Graziano, Jeanty has been dealing with an ankle injury since the preseason, and is now dealing with a foot injury.

Graziano said this situation should be closely monitored because the Raiders have had discussions about whether or not they would give Jeanty a week off to heal from his injuries.

"The Raiders have internally discussed giving Jeanty a week off to heal at some point. He does not want to take a week off and has pushed to play through the injuries. But the Raiders' bye isn't until Week 13, and there may come a week in the near future where they decide the best thing for Jeanty and for the team is to rest him. They have confidence in rookie running back Mike Washington Jr.'s ability to hold things down for a game or two with Dylan Laube backing him up, if it came to that." Graziano wote.

Bills may not see Ashton Jeanty in Week 6

Now, Jeanty was a full participant in the Raiders' Wednesday practice. So, as of right now, Jeanty is on track to suit up and play on Sunday. However, with two more practices waiting for him, this will be an interesting development to follow throughout the rest of the week going into Sunday.

With Graziano writing this bit about Jeanty, there could be a chance that the Bills won't have to worry about Las Vegas' No. 1 running back which could help them put more focus on defending the pass, something that they have heavily struggled to do this season.
