The Buffalo Bills are entering a Week 18 matchup that won’t have any impact on the AFC East standings, but where they end up in the wild card tier. As of right now, they are the 7th seed and if the playoffs were to start this week, they would be heading to New England for a third battle against the Patriots.

That scenario could come true, but we won’t know until after the Week 18 games. This week, the Bills will host the 3-13 Jets that have been down right awful (once again) this season. These two teams met back in Week 2 in New Jersey and the Bills completely dominated the game from start to finish. They ended up beating the Jets, 30-10.

Even though the Bills are heading to the playoffs, they should still look to get a win over the Jets and see how the rest of the games play out. In addition, the last thing that Bills fans should want to see is a loss in not only the final regular season game, but what could also very well be the last game at the current Highmark Stadium.

Bills vs. Jets score prediction has Buffalo finishing strong

Lou Scataglia from NFL Spin Zone predicted all of the Week 18 games before the playoffs approach and Scataglia’s score prediction for the Bills and Jets should have Bills fans excited. Scataglia has the Bills beating the Jets, 30-10, which was the same score from their Week 2 matchup.

"Buffalo had a nice run, but now things will only get harder, as they’ll likely have to go on the road multiple times to reach the Super Bowl, something they have not done for years. In Week 18, Buffalo could still be playing for playoff seeding, and even if they’d rather rest some of their starters, the New York Jets really do not stand a chance."

It’s simple, if the Bills lose this game against the Jets, they will not only officially be the 7th seed in the AFC, but that means there will be no chance of them hosting a playoff game. If they do win, there might just be a chance that they will move up in the wild card seeding to either No. 6 or No. 5.
