Week 12 is behind us and we are approaching the last week of November. Within the NFL, there are a lot of big surprises. Almost no one would have thought that teams like the Colts, Broncos, Bears, and Patriots would be leading their division. Yet, here we are.

Last week was one to forget for the Buffalo Bills as they lost a close game against the Houston Texans. Josh Allen was sacked 8 times and the offense outside of their first drive couldn't put together anything special until it was too late. Being at 7-4, you would think that things aren’t so bad, but this season is showing that the Bills aren’t true Super Bowl contenders.

Heading into this week, the AFC East schedule isn’t the most thrilling, unless you’re a Patriots fan

AFC East schedule for Week 13

New Orleans Saints (2-9) @ Miami Dolphins (4-7)

FOX - 1PM EST

The Dolphins are coming off their bye week, riding a two-game winning streak and somehow are still in the playoff hunt. This week, they will host the 2-9 New Orleans Saints who are just looking to get to the end of this season. While the Saints always play tough, they just simply don’t have the overall talent. Miami should have no problem with New Orleans.

Atlanta Falcons (4-7) @ New York Jets (2-9)

FOX - 1PM EST

After winning back-to-back games, the Jets are back on a losing streak with losing their last two games against the Patriots and Ravens, scoring a total of 24 points between both games. Tyrod Taylor is under center and right now, the Jets are just looking to start their big rebuild that is coming for them after trading away two defensive stars in Sauce Gardner and Quinnen Williams.

They will be hosting a Falcons team that has really fallen apart down the stretch and have been hit with lots of injuries. Believe it or not, it would not be surprising to see the Jets pull out the win in this game.

Buffalo Bills (7-4) @ Pittsburgh Steelers (6-5)

CBS - 4:25PM EST

Since Week 5, it’s been an inconsistent season for the Bills and it is beyond frustrating for Bills fans. After getting off to a 4-0 start, they have gone 3-4 and have completely lost hope to win the AFC East. They were already behind the New England Patriots going into last week’s game against Houston. With that loss and with New England winning, it’s going to take a miracle for the Bills to have a shot at winning the division.

This week, they are on the road again to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers. Aaron Rodgers is  expected to play, per Brooke Pryor of ESPN, so the Bills will have to gameplan for him and Rodgers hasn’t been bad this season. The Steelers are fighting for a playoff spot themselves and if they beat Buffalo, the Bills will be in deep trouble in a wide open AFC.

New York Giants (2-10) @ New England Patriots (10-2)

ESPN - 8:15PM EST

The Giants are a lost cause this season despite a lot of promise to start off the season. Injuries have played a huge role in their season and now they are officially eliminated from playoff contention. With Mike Kafka running the team as the interim head coach, the Giants are just looking to be competitive. They have their future franchise quarterback in Jaxson Dart, but their season seems done at this point. Now with the Patriots getting the chance to get an easy win, that’s just bad news for the Bills.

Unless the Patriots play down to their competition, this should be the easiest win that they have all season to stay in control of the AFC East.
