It wasn't easy, but the Buffalo Bills were able to leave Las Vegas with a 33-30 win over the Raiders. After the first half ended in a 13-13 tie, the Bills took over in the third quarter. However, the Raiders stormed back and made it a game in the fourth quarter. Luckily the Bills managed to hold them off but they gave fans a little bit of a scare.

A big reason the Bills were able to hang on for the win was the play of defensive tackle Deone Walker. He was making things very difficult for Raiders center Tyler Linderbaum all game. He finished the game with four combined tackles, a tackle for loss and a quarterback hit. His play was so strong that Linderbaum couldn't help but give him his flowers after the game.

Linderbaum calls Walker a 'great player'

This offseason, the Raiders gave Linderbaum $27 million a year, which is the biggest contract for a center ever. It's not a great look when a second-year former fourth-round pick is getting the best of you.

Instead of making excuses, Linderbaum took accountability for his poor performance and had the utmost praise for Walker.

“Me personally, I think I let 96 dictate the game on me. Great player, credit to him, he came out ready to play," Linderbaum told reporters after the game.

It's hard to ignore the fact that Walker is a real player for the Bills. At 6-foot-7, 331 pounds, Walker is going to be a handful for any smaller offensive lineman due to his size, but Linderbaum is supposed to be one of the top centers in the NFL., especially when you consider the contract that the Raiders gave him during the offseason and brought him over from the Baltimore Ravens.

He didn't just forget how to play football, so Walker deserves a lot of credit for simply beating up on a Pro Bowl player. The Bills' defense hasn't been great this season, but they do have some promising pieces. Walker keeps getting better, and if he continues to play at a high level, he's going to go down as a massive draft steal for the Bills.
