Defensive Tackles (4)

Ed Oliver, DaQuan Jones, DeWayne Carter, Austin Johnson

Similar to defensive end, the interior of the defensive line at tackle also looks pretty well set with Ed Oliver, DaQuan Jones, and DeWayne Carter. The Bills probably will only have room for four defensive tackles on their 53-man roster and that spot should be a competition between Austin Johnson, Eli Ankou, and DeShawn Williams.

However, it is Johnson's spot to lose as he fits the role better as a one-tech and backing up DaQuan Jones in that role.

Linebackers (6)

Terrel Bernard, Matt Milano, Dorian Williams, Edefuan Ulofoshio, Baylon Spector, Deion Jones

The Buffalo Bills have invested a lot of draft picks in this position over the past few years with four draft picks over the past three seasons. At this point, all four should make the roster again with Terrel Bernard back as the starting linebacker with Dorian Williams competing for that backup spot or third linebacker when the Bills are lined up in 4-3.

Baylon Spector should also make the 53-man roster as their special teams ace and replace the role vacated by the departure of Tyler Matakevich this offseason. The Bills also drafted Edefuan Ulofoshio in this year's draft and he should also contribute on special teams in his first year in the NFL.

If the Bills decide to keep six linebackers on their 53-man roster that final spot will likely come down to Deion Jones and Nicholas Morrow. While the Bills drafted Morrow earlier in free agency, Deion Jones has made some plays during offseason workouts. He gets the edge at this point but this spot won't be decided for a while.
