13. Lee Evans, Wide Receiver (2004 Draft)

Lee Evans was seen as a bit undersized at being 5-10, 209 lbs, but was extremely dominant during his last two years at Wisconsin, recording over 2700 receiving yards and 22 touchdowns.

The speedy receiver would then get selected 13th overall by Buffalo and pair with fellow veteran wide receiver Eric Moulds. Evans was great at creating separation and getting lost in the defense, which helped him become a big play deep threat for Buffalo.

Evans wouldn't be selected to any pro bowls in his career but had a couple 1,000 yard seasons with mediocre quarterback play, was loyal to the Bills organization, and overall created a lot of special plays during his seven years with Buffalo.
