Marcell Ateman

The Buffalo Bills brought Marcell Ateman in for a workout a few weeks ago along with Preston Williams. The team was impressed enough with Ateman to sign him to a one-year deal.

Ateman was a seventh round pick by the Raiders in 2018 and would play in 10 games his first two years in the NFL. However, he appeared in only one regular season game over the past three seasons. This past season though he did play in the XFL with the St. Louis Battlehawks and had 19 receptions and 259 receiving yards.

While Marcell Ateman is one of the biggest wide receivers on the Buffalo Bills at 6'4" and 215 pounds, the team already has a number of players seemingly guaranteed a spot on the roster that includes Stefon Diggs, Gabe Davis, Khalil Shakir, Justin Shorter, Trent Sherfield, and Deonte Harty.
