3.) Jacksonville Jaguars - Week 3

Buffalo’s first home primetime game will feature them welcoming Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars for a Monday night matchup. The Bills have lost their last two matchups against the Jaguars (2021, 2023) by a combined 8 points. They seem to always make too many mental mistakes against the Jaguars and that is ultimately how they keep losing to them. The Bills will also face off against two former Bills in Mitch Morse and Gabe Davis, who signed with Jacksonville this offseason.

The Jaguars have made a huge financial commitment to Lawrence as their franchise quarterback. They will be looking to make the contract look like a bargain and the Bills will be tasked to stop him from getting his third win against Buffalo.

2.) Tennessee Titans - Week 7

There are a great number of people who think the Titans are going to be one of the worst teams in 2024. That is highly debatable. Even though quarterback Will Levis has more room for improvement with his game, he has displayed his arm strength that keeps the Titans in games. Not to mention, Tennessee has massively improved their offensive line the last two seasons and added weapons in Calvin Ridley and Tyler Boyd to support Levis.

Under new head coach Brian Callahan, the Titans will be looking to create a new identity now that Derrick Henry is up in Baltimore. The Titans always play the Bills hard, so this will be a fun matchup to watch.

1.) Arizona Cardinals - Week 1

Right from the start, the Bills will be tested with a tough opponent who should be a lot better than they were last year. The Arizona Cardinals are taking a cross country trip to Orchard Park with a new look roster, but with Kyler Murray back under center for a full season. The Cardinals are 8-26 the last two seasons, but Jonathan Gannon had his team playing hard last year in each game. They just didn’t have the talent to compete. Arizona now has young talent who could be key pieces to help build a bright future in the desert.

While the Bills are more than likely the heavy favorites to win this game, the Cardinals are no joke and can only go up from where they have been the last few years.
