5. Punt/Kickoff Returner

The next position may not be a dedicated position but is a role the Bills are going to have to address as the team released Deonte Harty, who was the punter returner last season, and Nyheim Hines, who was expected to return kickoffs this season.

Right now the best option on the roster is wide receiver Khalil Shakir however the Bills probably don't want to have a player who is expected to have a big role on the offense also returning kicks. In addition, with the changes made by the league for kickoffs for the upcoming season.

There are usually three positions that returners play, and fortunately every one of those positions is on this list. The Bills should be able to address this role along with another position with the same player and find that on Day 3 of the NFL Draft.
