3. Week 18, New England Patriots

The last game of the season should be high on any team's list unless they've already secured a high seed in the playoffs. However, this game could be do or die for some teams, like the Bills and Dolphins in Week 18 last season.

The Patriots are another mysterious team with a new head coach and rookie quarterback. They could surprise some people but more likely be on the worse end of their overall record with their weak roster.

2. Week 13, San Fransisco 49ers

The Bills' first game out of the bye is against the most complete roster in the NFL. There's good reason why the 9ers made it to the Super Bowl last season, and will look to make another. 

A win from the Bills this week would spark some momentum in the coming weeks against challenging opponents (Lions and Rams) and could help the Bills go on a little win streak toward the end of the regular season. It also helps that the 9ers will be traveling to Buffalo for this game, and with the Bills players freshly rested, they could look to win this game.
