Projecting the future of the Buffalo Bills 2025 free agents

The list of Buffalo Bills players slated to hit free agency in 2025 is long, but it's largely guys that were just signed to one-year deals, but let's look at a handful of the key upcoming free agents.

Most likely to be re-signed beyond 2024

Spencer Brown, OT
Mack Hollins, WR
Austin Johnson, DT
Reid Ferguson, OL (Long Snapper)
Kingsley Jonathan, DT
Alec Anderson, OL

I fully expect the Bills to re-sign Spencer Brown, and I don't think they wait until the offseason to get an extension done. Brandon Beane has signed a number of right tackles since since arriving in Buffalo, before finally getting Brown in the draft. Brown proved last season that he can play at a high level in this league. I don't see the Bills letting him get away.

Mack Hollins is a perfect fit with this team and the culture. He signed a one-year deal, but I think he earns and extension and remains in Buffalo a while longer. Austin Johnson is a favorite of DaQuan Jones and a great option in a reserve role behind Jones. Reggie Gilliam and Reid Ferguson aren't going anywhere. It feels like both of these guys have been with the Bills for decades, and I expect they will remain for another couple of decades. Lastly, we have Kingsley Jonathan and Alec Anderson, each of whom have been with the Bills since they came into the league and this coaching staff loves them and has put in a lot of work to develop them both.
