Even with signing two free agents and drafting one in the 2023 NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills are likely to enter this season with a starting wide receiver group that is relatively unchanged. The Bills will have the same starting outside wide receivers but there are some training camp battles further down the depth chart.

This is likely what the depth chart is at wide receiver for the Buffalo Bills entering training camp and a starting point for the coaching staff.

Starter: Stefon Diggs

There should be no surprise here as Stefon Diggs is once again entering the year as the team's top wide receiver. Since joining the Bills in 2020, he has been one of the most targeted wide receivers in the NFL and had three consecutive seasons with over 100 receptions.

Even with the high volume of work, Diggs doesn't seem completely happy with his role in the offense. As the season went along, Stefon Diggs was not involved as much as earlier in the season. This needs to be a point of emphasis for offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey this season because after Josh Allen, Stefon Diggs is the most important player on this offense.
