Running Back: James Cook

The Buffalo Bills are likely to use some kind of rotation at running back with Damien Harris and Latavius Murray working into the offense. However, the past few weeks have been clear that James Cook is the best running back the Buffalo Bills have.

The former second round pick has always been a threat as a receiver but looked much better carrying the ball, particularly between the tackles. Over the past few seasons, Devin Singletary has gotten a majority of the workload and that role should now belong to Cook.

Tight Ends: Dawson Knox, Dalton Kincaid

The Buffalo Bills drafted Dalton Kincaid in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft and after Dawson Knox's contract extension, it is clear this offense will be going through a notable shift. It would not be surprising to see both Dawson Knox and Kincaid finishing games on the field for over 50% of the offensive snaps.

The addition of Kincaid gives the coaching staff some flexibility as they can move him around in the formation. He can be in line with the offensive line or split out wide either as a big slot receiver or even on the boundary to create some mismatches.
