Buffalo Bills at Kansas City Chiefs

This will be the fourth straight year that the Buffalo Bills will be playing the Kansas City Chiefs in the regular season and the third straight time they are traveling to Arrowhead Stadium. In the previous three regular season games, every matchup was scheduled for a primetime slot.

As long as the Chiefs have Patrick Mahomes and the Bills have Josh Allen, this game is almost guaranteed to be a primetime game between these two franchises. The Kansas City Chiefs are the defending Super Bowl champions and have ended the Bills' season twice in the past three years in the playoffs.

In addition, there is a history between Sean McDermott and Andy Reid, as McDermott was on Reid's staff with the Eagles for the majority of his time in Philadelphia.

Similar to the matchup against the Bengals, this game will carry serious playoff ramifications and the Buffalo Bills know their best chance of getting past Kansas City will be to play them at Highmark Stadium.
