The 2024 season is a little over three months away and teams are mostly off at this point of the year until training camp starts up next month. It could be a historic season as the Kansas City Chiefs are going to be chasing a third straight Super Bowl title.
Unfortunately, for the Buffalo Bills and the rest of the AFC any trip to the Super Bowl is going to run through Kansas City. However, to even get to that point every team is going to have to earn it as a whole the conference is very good from top to bottom.
When looking at the conference, there were 10 teams that legitimately can make a case to be a playoff team in 2024 but these are the predictions for which of those seven end up playing football at least 18 games this season.

Wild Card: Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jacksonville Jaguars were able to reach long-term deals with their franchise quarterback, Trevor Lawrence, and their top pass rusher, Josh Allen. On top of that, they did make changes to their wide receiver group with free agent addition Gabe Davis and first-round draft pick Brian Thomas Jr.
They would also improve the lines on both sides of the ball by signing former Buffalo Bills center Mitch Morse and adding former 49ers defensive lineman Arik Armstead. The Jaguars would be eliminated from playoff contention in the final week with a home loss to the Titans but this year are able to sneak in as a Wild Card.
