Pick Number 60: Troy Frankin, WR (Oregon)

Even if the Bills don't use their first pick in the second round on wide receiver, they don't leave the round without a new target for Josh Allen. That answer is Troy Franklin out of Oregon who may not be a player often discussed but could be a factor right away in this offense.

He is not the biggest wide receiver but he is tall at 6'2" and has great speed that makes him an excellent deep threat in this offense. Over the past two seasons, Franklin had over 2,000 receiving yards and finished with 23 receiving touchdowns while averaging over 16 yards per reception.

While Franklin likely will never be a number one wide receiver for this offense, he complements the players the Bills currently have better than most. The speed he brings is going to open up more of the intermediate and underneath routes for players like Dalton Kincaid, Curtis Samuel and Khalil Shakir.
