8 - Pittsburgh Steelers

The next four spots are tough and can be swapped around and I wouldn't have an issue with it but for now, I'm putting the Steelers at number eight. They looked great in the preseason but that's preseason. The fact remains that offensively a season ago, they were not very good. We'll see how much Kenny Pickett has improved and if he's made significant strides, then I can see the Steelers climbing these rankings.

7 - Baltimore Ravens

There are some questions surrounding this team, specifically with Lamar Jackson and how the Ravens' offense will look under new offensive coordinator, Todd Monken. From an offensive perspective, Baltimore will look very different but will it work? With their defense and what should be an improved, more explosive offense, this team is one to keep an eye on for the AFC North division.

6 - Miami Dolphins

I know Miami fans are going to have a fit about this ranking and that's fine. With Tua at the helm, the offense was elite; however, there was a thought that the Dolphins' offense was figured out and a blueprint established. We'll find out if that is the case, but Miami should be a solid team and could challenge the Bills for the division if Tua can stay healthy and the defense improves from a season ago.

5 - Jacksonville Jaguars

Interestingly, the Jaguars haven't gotten much love this offseason. They were a 2022 playoff team and gave the Chiefs all they could handle in the playoffs. Trevor Lawrence looked like the star they hoped for when they drafted him in 2021. They get Calvin Ridley back too so, should be even better on offense this season.
