Buffalo Bills trade for Rasul Douglas

The only trade the Buffalo Bills have made during the season was right before the trade deadline when they send a 2024 third round pick to the Green Bay Packers for Rasul Douglas and a 2024 fifth round pick.

Similar to Linval Joseph, there wasn't much learning period and Douglas would play 60% of the defensive snaps in his first game with Buffalo against the Cincinnati Bengals. He would then start the last three games and in total has 17 tackles, two interceptions, four passes defended and two fumble recoveries.

However, in the last game against the Eagles he did struggle and allowed three receptions on five targets for 45 yards and a touchdown. While it hasn't been perfect, the good has definitely outweighed the bad and he has improved the cornerback position.

Grade: B
