On Tuesday, the Buffalo Bills will be kicking off their mandatory minicamp, which is the final organized team activity until the end of July when they head to Rochester for training camp at St. John Fisher College.

While the Bills have been practicing over the past three weeks during OTAs, this is going to be the first chance this offseason that the coaching staff should have every player on the roster on the practice field. With that in mind, these are some of the top storylines to follow this week for the Buffalo Bills.

Will Stefon Diggs be in attendance?

One of the biggest storylines for the Buffalo Bills this offseason has probably been the absence of wide receiver Stefon Diggs. The last time fans saw the former Pro Bowl wide receiver he was upset on the sideline during the Bills' blowout loss to the Cincinnati Bengals in the AFC Divisional Round.

It is understandable why fans might be concerned about Stefon Diggs' absence because of how last season ended and the fact that he is a big part of this offense. He is still the number one wide receiver in this offense and one of the best at his position in the NFL.

However, these workouts are voluntary and with him entering his fourth season in this offense with Josh Allen, there isn't much to be gained from his participation. If he is not at the minicamp, then this becomes a major concern and there are more underlying issues here but at this point, that doesn't seem like it will be the case.
