Buffalo Bills bring in another wide receiver for Josh Allen

Jerry Jeudy

The first three trades would be needed to bring the defense back to the level it was prior to all the injuries. However, this final trade would make an offense that was pretty good even better by potentially working out a trade for wide receiver Jerry Jeudy.

The Denver Broncos, similar to the New York Giants, entered this season with high expectations but have not lived up to them. They are more likely to find themselves in the Top 10 in the 2024 NFL Draft than in the playoffs in a very competitive AFC.

One player that will generate a lot of interest if made available is Jerry Jeudy, who was a first round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. He hasn't produced like a first round pick in his first four seasons but there is a case to be made that it is not because he doesn't have the talent but due to the uncertainty at quarterback and the coaching staff.

The reason the Buffalo Bills would consider this type of trade is that Jeudy could step in right away as the team's starting slot receiver. It would give Josh Allen another playmaker and solidify the depth at wide receiver.

This also would have an impact past this season as the Bills would then have a player who can replace Gabe Davis. While Jeudy would primarily be in the slot this year, he can play outside as well and step into that spot in 2024.
