There are only two weeks left in the regular season and the Buffalo Bills front office will have to make some tough roster decisions during this period. The Bills currently have three players on injured reserve whose 21-day practice window is open with Kaiir Elam, Justin Shorter and DaQuan Jones.

The Bills currently have one roster spot open after placing Jordan Phillips on injured reserve prior to the game against the Los Angeles Chargers. That spot will likely go to Elam as his practice window opened December 6th which means the Bills have to activate him by tomorrow or he will be on injured reserve for the remainder of the season.

If Elam gets the open roster spot, the Buffalo Bills are going to have to cut two more players to add Shorter or Jones to the 53-man roster. With that in mind, these are four players that could be options to be released to create that roster spot.
