1. Jim Kelly
It should be pretty obvious that the great Jim Kelly still owns the top spot on a list like this. There may be no more beloved a player in Buffalo history than Kelly, and for many reasons. Kelly was the main reason why Buffalo had gotten the closest it has ever been to winning a Super Bowl.
The Hall of Famer found himself in the big game on four separate occasions, and to this day, the fact that he lost all four of them is one of the most gut-wrenching statistics in the history of this league.
Kelly finished his Bills career with 35,467 passing yards, 237 touchdowns and 175 interceptions. His 101 career wins are still almost double what Allen has accounted for.
Aside from his unbelievable reputation on the field, Kelly is more recently known for beating cancer four times. His story is powerful and inspiring, and is one anybody should read up on if they're having a tough time in life. Kelly's persistence and positivity is unmatched, and he'll go down as one of the toughest, most inspirational people this league has ever seen.
There isn't a whole lot more to say about such a wonderful human being that Bills fans don't already know. But, the point is, Kelly remains the GOAT in Buffalo.
