3.) Rhamondre Stevenson - New England Patriots

Stevenson is arguably the best running back in the AFC East going into 2023, as he took over the carries for the Patriots down the stretch in replacement of Damien Harris, who signed with the Bills this past offseason. Stevenson rushed for 1,040 yards and five touchdowns in 2022 and added 421 yards through the air and a touchdown.

In two meetings against the Bills last season, Stevenson was limited against the Bills run defense (only rushing for 54 yards in each game and no trips to the endzone). With that being said, he is still on this list because of his ability to not only pick up the tough yards, but he will allow the running game to open up the pass for Mac Jones

He only had two games where he rushed for over 100 yards, but he rushed for 161 yards against the Detroit Lions and 172 yards against the Las Vegas Raiders. He is going into his third season with the Patriots and could be used a lot to assist Jones and the offense, rather than be the main offense.

The Buffalo Bills will see Stevenson twice this season and should expect nothing less than a run fest if they want to win on the ground.
