6 teams to root for in Week 15 to help Buffalo Bills playoff chances

Chicago Bears over Cleveland Browns

The Cleveland Browns are currently one game ahead of the multiple 7-6 teams at 8-5 and are the fifth seed in the playoffs. A win for the Bears doesn't necessarily help the Bills this week but would put them closer while a win for the Browns would be a big boost to their chances of locking up a playoff spot.

Tennessee Titans over the Houston Texans

The Houston Texans have been one of the best stories of the season as DeMeco Ryans and C.J. Stroud have been able to turn the franchise around quickly. However, injuries are starting to mount as they will be without Tank Dell and Will Anderson Jr. this game, while C.J. Stroud is doubtful to play and Nico Collins is questionable but he did not practice any day this week.

The Texans currently are 7-6 but ahead of the Bills because of their conference record at 4-4 but a loss here not only drops their conference record to 4-5 but also their division record to 1-3 while the Bills are 2-2. Even if both teams lose, the Buffalo Bills would move ahead of Houston in the standings.
