Terrell Bernard - Linebacker
When Bernard was first selected by the Bills in the 2022 NFL Draft, many fans questioned the pick, particularly at the point he was taken. Bernard didn't play much his rookie year, given playing behind Tremaine Edmunds but he has taken this opportunity and is doing a solid job at middle linebacker.
PFF hasn't been very kind to Bernard with their grades but he's done a fine job. Especially considering he was injured all through preseason and didn't play a down in the preseason games and missed over three weeks of practice. He was instantly inserted into the starting lineup as soon as he was healthy.
He's recorded 20 total tackles, with five stops. He's not known for his coverage skills but when targeted by the opposing quarterback, he's allowing a QB rating of only 77.1, which isn't bad. He also got his first career interception last week. He's only started two games so far in his career, so he should only get better and continue to develop and improve his game.
