Gabe Davis - Wide Receiver

I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to see Davis playing so well right now. I've been fighting this battle all offseason, when some fans were ready to kick him to the curb, I said give this young man a chance. He'll come out this season and as long as he stays healthy, he'll have a terrific season.

Through two games, Davis has eight receptions on 11 targets and has not been scored with a drop so far. He has 124 yards and is averaging a team leading 15.5 yards per reception, which ranks him 12th among players with at least ten targets. I know it's early but when projected over a 17-game season, Davis is on pace for 68 receptions, nearly 1,100 yards and eight touchdowns.

Several weeks ago, I predicted Gabe Davis will record his first 1,000-yard season and so far, he's making me look like I know a little bit about this game and this team. As long as he can remain healthy, the Bills could have one of the best tandem wide receivers in the league.
