Offensive Line

While the players at the other positions got individual player grades, I am going to grade the offensive line as a whole. It is tough to single out the individual players as this group needs to work together and their performance is often impacted by the players next to them.

The Bills offensive line got off to a rough start against a stout Jets' defensive line. While Josh Allen did have the four turnovers, the offensive line didn't do him many favors giving him time in the pocket and he was sacked five times.

However, since that game the offensive line has looked incredible and the changes the team made in the offseason, by signing Connor McGovern and drafting O'Cyrus Torrence, has really helped solidify the middle of this line.

Over the past three games, Allen has been sacked only four times and this is against some excellent pass rushers like Maxx Crosby and the Commanders defensive line consisting of four former first round picks. If the offensive line can continue to give Josh Allen this level of protection, the offense should continue to play at this level and create problems for opposing defenses.
