Buffalo Bills News: Bills have not closed door on Micah Hyde return

The Buffalo Bills have said goodbye to a number of long-time players this offseason like Mitch Morse, Jordan Poyer, Siran Neal and Tre'Davious White. One of those players that seemed likely to join that group was Micah Hyde, who became a free agent this offseason.

Hyde has been one of the team's starting safety since joining as a free agent in 2017 and been a big reason for their success on defense. However, he has dealt with some neck injuries as of late and it is unclear whether he will continue playing or call it a career.

Brandon Beane on Sunday did say that it was still unclear if Hyde has made a definitive decision either way. However, if the Bills can make it work within the salary cap they would be happy to bring him back and "wouldn't close the door" on a return.

It would seem unlikely at this point but it would make sense for the Buffalo Bills to keep it a possibility as he is still good enough to be a starting safety at this point of his career.
