The Buffalo Bills had their first practice of the week ahead of Week 3 but unfortunately were missing a number of players due to injuries. This is what starts off today's roundup of headlines for the Bills.

4 players miss practice on Wednesday for the Buffalo Bills

To this point, the Buffalo Bills have been relatively healthy for the 2023 season. The team hasn't had any player miss a game this season due to injury and in fact have not even had a player have an injury designation for the game.

However, that looks like it could change in Week 3 against the Washington Commanders. The Bills had four players miss practice on Wednesday including Leonard Floyd (ankle) and Micah Hyde (hamstring). These two players aren't necessarily surprising as both left the game against the Raiders early due to these injuries.

The other two players who missed practice was Dawson Knox (back) and Jordan Phillips (illness). It is still early in the week and there is plenty of time between now and Sunday but the hope is that these players can ramp up the practice participation over the next two days.
