The Chargers promoted Giff Smith to interim head coach and have a new general manager, so they are cleaning house in the staff and not likely to be competitive down the stretch. The Chargers' defense is also ranked bottom five in pass defense, so expect the Bills' offensive game plan to include a lot of passing.
