Round 4, Pick #128-WR Javon Baker, UCF

Just like DeJean, I don't see Baker falling this far in the draft. Baker has a great upside to possibly be a good outside-the-numbers receiver in the NFL.

With the pairing of Baker and Polk, there is not a lot of positional redundancy, thus ensuring the Bills can build this receiver room with enough playmakers who can complement one another. Wouldn't it also be kind of ironic, that the Bills drafted two wide receivers from the same school in the same round of the draft four years apart?

Round 5, Pick #144-DE Javon Solomon, Troy

In this specific draft, the edge rusher position isn't too deep of a class, but there are some prospects that have some potential in the later rounds of the draft. With the uncertainty of Von Miller and what he looked like coming off of the ACL tear last year, along with a solid starter in Greg Rousseau, the edge position for the Bills is concerning.

The Bills did sign Casey Toohill along with re-signing A.J. Epenesa, so this position room isn't the worst in the NFL, but it could use an upgrade for sure. Unfortunately, the board did not fall the way I wanted to with Austin Booker and Jalyx Hunt going in the fourth round, and felt it was a little early to pick Mohamed Kamara at #144.
