Defensive End

Greg Rousseau

The Buffalo Bills were going to be without Von Miller to begin the season after he remained on the PUP list. The defense was going to need a player to step up and Greg Rousseau has been one of those players to fill the void left by Miller's absence.

Through four games, Rousseau has three sacks, four QB hits, two passes defended, and one forced fumble. The hope was that this would be a breakout season for the former first round pick and he is off to a great start.

Grade: A-

Leonard Floyd

The other player who has really helped the pass rush to begin the season has been Leonard Floyd, who the team signed as a free agent this offseason. The veteran currently leads the team in sacks with 3.5 along with 7 QB hits.

What has been even more impressive is that he has been able to have this type of impact in limited snaps, playing just under 50% to begin the season. The return of Von Miller will cut down on everyone's playing time but if Floyd continues to be this efficient, it will make the defense that much better.
