The Buffalo Bills could be entering Week 18 with a win or go home scenario, depending on how some of the other results over the weekend. They have a wide range of outcomes from winning the AFC East and having a home playoff game next week to being out of the playoffs entirely.

When looking ahead to this matchup Sunday night, these are four of the biggest unknowns for the Buffalo Bills with some of these questions potentially being answered before they even take the field.

Will the Buffalo Bills elevate Leonard Fournette?

This question will be answered Saturday afternoon as the Buffalo Bills will need to announce any players they are elevating from the practice squad the day before the game. Last week against the Patriots, the Bills didn't bring anyone up but the week prior against the Chargers was Leonard Fournette's first action with the Bills this season.

Fournette signed with the Bills shortly after the trade deadline and it seemed he would be a regular sooner rather than later. However, Ty Johnson has emerged as a effective role player in the backfield which has not given Fournette much opportunity.

If the Bills were to bring up Leonard Fournette, it would likely be to replace Latavius Murray. The veteran running back has been effective at times but had probably his worst game of the season last week against the Patriots.
