Safety (4)

Jordan Poyer, Micah Hyde, Taylor Rapp, Damar Hamlin

The Buffalo BIlls have traditionally only had four safeties on their 53-man roster and I don't see any reason for that to change at this point. They will have Jordan Poyer and Micah Hyde as their starter while Rapp would be the primary backup and potentially see some snaps as a big nickel.

The final spot on the safety depth chart will belong to Damar Hamlin, as long as he is ready to contribute. Similar to Von Miller, the Bills could elect to have him begin the year on the PUP list and if that happens a roster spot would open up for either Dean Marlowe, who just re-signed this week, or Zayne Anderson, who is a special teams specialist.

Special Teams (3)

Tyler Bass, Sam Martin, Reid Ferguson

As for the special teams specialists, there is no suspense here as the Bills only have one kicker, punter and long snapper on the roster. Tyler Bass and Sam Martin got new deals this offseason while Reid Ferguson is the longest-tenured player on the Bills roster.
