4.) Latavius Murray

Currently on a 9+ carry streak the last three games, Latavius Murray has been outshined by fellow teammate Ty Johnson and could even see Leonard Fournette’s number called soon. Outside of his production against the Denver Broncos in Week 10 (9 carries, 68 yards, 1 touchdown), Murray has not been able to do a ton out of the backfield.

In his last two games, he has carried the ball 19 times for 65 yards. With the emergence of Johnson out of the backfield, Murray may lose reps on the field moving forward.

With the Chiefs giving up over 100+ rushing yards in their last seven games, this is an opportunity for Murray to build up some momentum and keep his number on the field. He should play a factor in third down situations to keep Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs’ offense off the field. This could be a critical game for Murray for the rest of the season.
