Buffalo Bills: 5 toughest cornerback matchups for Stefon Diggs in 2023

Without question, the one matchup for Stefon Diggs that will be the most intriguing this season will be when the Buffalo Bills play the Dallas Cowboys. The last time these two were on a football game was in the Pro Bowl but the roles were reversed as Stefon was playing cornerback and covering Trevon, who was lined up at wide receiver.

In that matchup, Stefon would get the win as he was able to break up the pass. This time though the stakes will be much higher as it will be the first time Stefon will get a chance to play his brother, Trevon Diggs, in an NFL regular season game.

Trevon Diggs was a second round pick by the Cowboys in 2020 and similar to a number of these cornerbacks, quickly developed into an excellent cornerback. He would lead the league in interceptions in 2021 with 11 and for his career has 17 interceptions along with 49 passes defended.

He has been named to the Pro Bowl each of the past two seasons and was a first-team All-Pro in 2021. There will be the added intensity of a sibling rivalry but this should be a great matchup between two players who are some of the best at their position.
