2.) Greg Rousseau

Maybe Rousseau should not be so high on this list, or even be on the list at all. At the same time, he is playing a crucial position that the Bills lacked before his arrival and has improved his game the last two seasons.

Not only that, but since he was a first round draft pick in 2021, he has a team fifth-year option that the Bills can pick up after this season if he stands out once again. Even with Von Miller being out the first four weeks of the season, Rousseau has proven to be a contributor on the defense and now he will benefit from Leonard Floyd being on the other side in Miller’s absence. 

Rousseau is due for a breakout season, hence why he might have some pressure on his back. The defense will be one of the x-factors in how far the Bills go this season, and it starts upfront with the big men that includes Rousseau.
