The Buffalo Bills offense will be looking to get back on track Sunday after two down weeks against the Jacksonville Jaguars and New York Giants. In the past, the New England Patriots have been a tough task for most teams but they are dealing with a number of injuries and this is not the same caliber of defense from previous years.

So far this season, the Patriots have allowed 21 or more points in five of their six games and are entering this game without key players like Matthew Judon, Christian Gonzalez, and Jack Johnson. Bill Belichick is one of the greatest defensive minds in NFL history so the Bills can't take this defense lightly but they have had success recently against this team.

These are five players on the Buffalo Bills offense worth watching against the New England Patriots.

Connor McGovern

The performance of second round pick O'Cyrus Torrence at right guard has drawn plenty of attention, and rightfully so as he has done a great job starting every game this season. However, the Bills also signed Connor McGovern as a free agent and he has been a significant improvement over Rodger Saffold from last season.

This week, McGovern has the tough task of blocking Christian Barmore, who is playing great football this season. The starting defensive tackle had his best game of the season last week with five total tackles, one tackle for a loss, and two passes defended.

For a defense without Matthew Judon, there is a case to be made that Barmore is the best player in their defensive front. If McGovern can win this battle, it is going to be a big boost for the offense.
