3.) Taron Johnson

Arguably the best cornerback on the Bills right now, Taron Johnson had a scary moment against the Jaguars as he went down and held his knee. Luckily, Johnson managed to come back into the game but did voice his opinion about the conditions of the field and how the turf was a huge risk for the players.

Johnson had said that his foot was planted in the ground which could have caused a serious non-contact injury. Many players have expressed their thoughts about the turf fields and how it is a liability for the players.

With the Bills now being down Tre’Davious White for the season, Johnson will be one of the veterans in the secondary who will need to step up and assist the middle of the field as the nickel corner. While Johnson was lucky to not have suffered a major injury, he will need to be monitored just to make sure his knee is feeling good.
