Buffalo Bills: 5 bold predictions for Week 7 against Patriots
By Brandon Ray
1.) Patriots cover the spread at -8.5
According to Caesars Sportsbook, the Bills are a -8.5 favorite going into New England. The Patriots are currently 1-5 against the spread this season and Mac Jones has yet to win against the spread in his short career in New England.
However, the Bills’ offense has been struggling the last two weeks and has not been able to get anything going until the fourth quarter. The fact that the Giants had injuries all across the board, including one of their starting edge rushers, and they were able to lead the Bills until the fourth quarter was concerning.
The Bills could easily find themselves back in a trap game against a Patriots team that could be in the race for USC quarterback Caleb Williams. While it is more than likely the Bills pick up their 5th win this Sunday, it would not be surprising if Buffalo only won this game by no more than a touchdown.
