4.) James Cook rushes for 2+ touchdowns
This would be quite the accomplishment for Cook, who has 3 career rushing touchdowns (1 this season in Week 4). The Giants have given up 9 rushing touchdowns through their first five games, which could set up Cook for a productive day.
The only downside for Cook is that he does not get the ball a ton when the Bills are in the red zone (8 carries for 24 yards and one touchdown). Unless the Bills can run the ball outside of the red zone and Cook and burst one into the endzone, then this prediction may not come true, especially given the fact that Latavius Murray has been a quality 2nd back who can run downhill for six points.
However, the Bills are in a position to pick up the run game that clearly slacked last week against the Jaguars. If the Bills are serious about running the ball and winning the time of possession battle, look for Cook to be an x-factor in this game.
