After the Bills' ugly loss on Monday night against the New York Jets, they would look to rebound against the 1-0 Las Vegas Raiders. A big reason the Buffalo Bills lost on Monday was Allen's questionable decision-making and uncharacterized mistakes, resulting in four turnovers.

Another reason was the sloppy run defense that allowed 172 yards on the ground, including Jets' running back Breece Hall only getting 10 carries for 127 yards.

Things would completely change in Week 2 when the Bills would host the Raiders and dominate on both sides of the ball, and certain players have stepped up from last week's performance to help solidify the 38-10 victory.

Which Buffalo Bills improved against the Las Vegas Raiders after their Week 1 performance?

Josh Allen

Let's get straight to Allen, as his last week's performance was dreadful, to say the least, but he stepped up this week and seemed to clean everything up.

One noticeable difference was Allen's decision-making. Allen was smart with the football and took what was given to him. Allen would also take higher percentage shots down field where they would work in favor of the team for a majority of those plays.

Not to mention, Allen was also very accurate with the football, as he would only throw three incompletions out of 21 attempts in the first half, and finished the game completing 31 of 37, along with three touchdowns and zero picks.

Allen's improvisation was used well, as he would make many throws out of the pocket and the highlight plays that everyone loves to see, including Allen's deep pass on the run to Gabe Davis for 40 yards.

It's safe to say that Allen is back and looks to have many more of these performances throughout the season.
