2.) DaQuan Jones

When the Bills signed DaQuan Jones last year in the offseason, he was brought in to help prevent runs up the middle and he made a good impact overall with Ed Oliver. Monday night was the opposite as Jones was not seen much, but he was part of a group that allowed Breece Hall look like the best back in football with 127 rushing yards off of 10 carries.

While Tre’Davious White has a good chance to keep Davante Adams contained on the outside, DaQuan Jones and the rest of the defensive line will have a tough task of containing Jacobs from the line of scrimmage

Jones will need to step up as that big body in the line to cause a mess and force an adjustment by the Raiders’ running attack which can limit Jacobs. The run defense cannot perform the way it did last week otherwise it will keep momentum going for the Raiders’ offense. Look for Jones to step up and take on the double team blocks to allow a defender to fly in and make a play before or at the line of scrimmage.
