Tight Ends

The Buffalo Bills were expected to run more two tight end sets this year and they certainly did that in Week 1 against the New York Jets. Dawson Knox and Dawson Kincaid were both on the field for over 80% of the offensive snaps in Week 1.

Both tight ends had four targets with Kincaid catching all four of his for 26 yards while Knox caught three for 25 yards. This should be a key part of the offense moving forward and it will be interesting to see if they are more productive against worse defenses.

Offensive Line

After Josh Allen, the offensive line had probably the worst night of any position group on the Buffalo Bills. This was supposed to be an improved offensive line with the additions of Connor McGovern and O'Cyrus Torrence however it was the right tackle position that remained a problem.

Spencer Brown struggled the entire night and it seemed like the defensive game plan for the Jets was to just constantly send as much pressure on that side of the line as possible. Josh Allen would be sacked five times with the Jets also getting nine QB hits.
