Question 3: How do the Buffalo Bills incorporate Nyheim Hines into the offense?

When the Buffalo Bills traded for Nyheim Hines at the trade deadline, it seemed a perfect fit for this offense. The former Indianapolis Colt is one of the better pass-catching running backs and in his first four seasons in the NFL had 40 or more receptions and a career average of 7.4 yards per reception.

However, Hines was not much of a factor on offense as he finished the season with only six rushing attempts and five receptions over nine games. The Bills running back coach Kelly Skipper seemed to indicate that having to learn the playbook midseason, with new terminology, was a contributing factor to his role.

Now with a full offseason, that shouldn't be an issue for Hines and offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey should be able to have him more involved this upcoming season. This will certainly add a different dynamic to the offense and give them more versatility.
