3. Miami Dolphins

Jaelen Phillips, Emmanuel Ogbah, Bradley Chubb, Christian Wilkins

On paper, it would be easy to make a case that the Miami Dolphins have the best pass rush in the AFC East. This group is led by Jaelen Phillips, who was a first round pick in 2021 and former teammate of current Buffalo Bills' pass rusher Greg Rousseau at the University of Miami. He looks like he is on the verge of breaking out after 15.5 sacks in his first two seasons.

After Phillips should be Bradley Chubb, who the Dolphins traded for during the season and sent a first round pick to the Denver Broncos. However, Chubb has struggled since his rookie season when he had 12 sacks with only 16.5 sacks over the past four years. In eight games with the Dolphins, Chubb had only 2.5 sacks.

Thankfully for the Dolphins, they have Emmanuel Ogbah opposite Phillips, who is a very underrated pass rusher. While he did have only one sack last season, it was mostly due to injuries and should bounce back to his level of play in 2020 and 2021 when he combined for 18 sacks.
