Among the eight free agents on this list, Kamren Curl would probably get the biggest contract but would also be a long-term solution at a position that needs it. For the longest time, the Bills have known that their starting safeties would be Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer but it seems time for a new era.

Kamren Curl was a seventh round pick by Washington but stepped in almost immediately as a starter and has 53 career starts in four seasons. He would finish with 385 total tackles, including 115 this past season.

One of the reasons that the Buffalo Bills should be making Curl a priority free agent is that he is one of the more well-rounded safeties and can handle all responsibilities well. Whether the Bills need him to play down in the box or drop back into coverage, he can play at a high level.
