Taylor Rapp

The Buffalo Bills entered this game knowing they would have to slow down a high-powered passing attack for the Miami Dolphins led by Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle. It is not an easy task and it got a little tougher last week when starting safety Jordan Poyer would be ruled out due to an injury.

This opened the door for Taylor Rapp to get the start and he would end up playing a very good game with six total tackles, which was the second most on the Buffalo Bills' defense.

The Bills signed Rapp this offseason to a one-year deal after he was a starter for the Los Angeles Rams the past few years. He is a reliable tackler and does a good job keeping the play in front of him and taking the right angle.

This season the Buffalo Bills have one of the best duos in the league with Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer. However, both are getting towards the end of their career and the coaching staff may be looking for replacements. If Rapp continues to play at this level, he would seem to be a favorite to be a starter in the future.
